The housing industry is in my blood. My Grandfather owned the lumber yard where I grew up in Southern Colorado. My father owned several businesses related to the building trades including the lumber yard, building materials supply store, and home design center. Also an architect and contractor, he made his career in building homes and commercial properties in Southern Colorado. My mother was a licensed Realtor and also worked in Escrow Services. I grew up in and around new construction...as you can see, Real Estae is in my genes!
