I'm a trustee at the local library.  It's called the Ruby M. Sisson Memorial Library and they've got a pretty good selection of books, a nice tech center, and a number of great learning programs.  The Ruby Sisson is a great resource for us locals, but you don't have to be a local to use them, even if you are here for a visit, you just need to ask nicely for a card.  Here's a link to their site:
